<p>Ingredientes</p>
<ul>
<li> 1/4 de pollo desmenuzado</li>
<li>un manojo de espinaca</li>
<li>4 huevos</li>
<li>2 cucharadas de queso ricota</li>
<li>aceite de oliva</li>
<li>2 dientes de ajo</li>
<li>2 papas ralladas</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preparación<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Cocinar las espinacas y agregar el ricota. Agregar el pollo desmenuzado previamente cocido con ajo.</p>
<p>Batir llas claras de los huevos y luego la yema. Agregar un poco de sal al gusto.Colocar el aceite en la sarten para la tortilla y mezclar las espinacas el pollo con los huevos .Cuando la tortilla este un poco cuajada agregar las patatas ralladas.Tapar la tortilla por 5 minutos.Destapar y voltearla y dejarla cocer por 5 minutos .o cuando este un poco dorada.</p>
<p><strong>Guisantes con patatas  y pollo</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Un pollo</li>
<li>2 tazas de guisantes</li>
<li>2 cebollas</li>
<li>3 patatas</li>
<li>aceite de oliva</li>
<li>celery</li>
<li>1 cucharada de comino</li>
<li>sal al gusto</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preparación<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Sofreír la cebollas en el aceite de oliva.agregar el pollo previamente sazonado con la sal ,el comino y el celery. Cortar las patatas en cuadrados. Agregar los guisantes cuando el pollo este un poco dorado. Agregar una taza de agua y dejar cocer por 30 minutos.</p>
<p>Estas recetas ayudan a reducir el nivel de Colesterol.Pueden combinarse con otras legumbres como zanahorias,y otras hierbas como cebollin pimienta al gusto.</p>
<p>Las ensaladas también pueden ser de legumbres y aves,Sazonadas con limón y aceite de oliva,o yogur con limón,sin mayonesas. También pueden agregarle aguacate ,excelente para reducir los niveles de colesterol.</p>
<p>Se puede beber una tizana de  pepino con limon y perejil como bebida resfrecante y reductora.</p>
